Understanding Billing & Pricing
Paid subscriptions provide you with the capability to create and publish numerous experiences using Emperia Creator Tools. As your collection of virtual experiences expands, you'll be billed monthly for any data storage and bandwidth that exceeds your plan's limit, ensuring your experiences remain online and accessible to your clients or users.
Manage Billing Details
To manage your billing details, including upcoming and previous bills, invoices, and payment methods, follow these steps:
- Click the gear icon on the top right corner to access your Organization Settings.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
Change Billing Address / Payment Method:
To update your billing address or manage payment methods, follow these steps:
- Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
- Click on the Billing Details button.
- Update the relevant information in the pop-up window.
- Save your changes.
Change Billing Contact Email:
To update your billing contact email, follow these steps:
- Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
- Click on the Billing Contact Info button.
- Update the email address in the pop-up window.
- Save your changes.
Accessing and Downloading Invoices:
To view and download your invoices, follow these steps:
- Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
- Scroll down to the Billing History list.
- Find the invoice you'd like to download and click on the download icon next to it.
Your invoices are also sent to your billing contact email address. To change this email address, please follow the instructions provided here
Change your Plan
From the Organization Settings Page, you have the flexibility to view and modify your current subscription. This includes upgrading or downgrading to another plan, or canceling your paid subscription.
Upgrade / Downgrade Plan
To change your paid plan, go to your Organization Info page and click Modify Plan
- Go to Organization Settings > Organization Info.
- Scroll down to the Settings.
- Click on the Modify Plan button.
Cancel Plan
To cancel your plan, use the contact form within the Organization Settings. Our team will reach out to assist you with the process.
- Go to Organization Settings > Organization Info.
- Find tile on the left showing your ‘Current Plan’.
- Click on the Cancel Plan button.
- Follow the steps in the pop-up form to switch to free plan

Pricing for Pro & Studio Plans:
We offer both monthly and yearly subscription plans, with additional charges for exceeding data storage and bandwidth limits. If you exceed your plan's limits, you'll receive an invoice for the excess fees at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
For Yearly Plans:
With yearly plans, you'll pay for your subscription annually. However, you'll still receive monthly invoices for any additional fees incurred.
For Monthly Plans:
With monthly plans, you pay for your subscription on a monthly basis, and you'll receive monthly invoices for any additional fees.
Pricing for Enterprise:
For enterprise plans, billing is done via invoice, and pricing, features, and services are customized to meet your company's specific needs. Please contact our sales team to learn more about the possibilities of an enterprise plan.
Free Plan:
The free plan includes a set data and bandwidth allowance. If your needs and virtual experiences exceed this allowance, we recommend upgrading to a Pro plan, as additional data cannot be purchased for the free plan. You'll need to work within the allocated limits or upgrade to access more resources.
