Understanding Billing & Pricing

Paid subscriptions provide you with the capability to create and publish numerous experiences using Emperia Creator Tools. As your collection of virtual experiences expands, you'll be billed monthly for any data storage and bandwidth that exceeds your plan's limit, ensuring your experiences remain online and accessible to your clients or users.

Manage Billing Details

To manage your billing details, including upcoming and previous bills, invoices, and payment methods, follow these steps:

1. Click the gear icon on the top right corner to access your Organization Settings.
2. Navigate to the Billing tab.

Change Billing Address / Payment Method:

To update your billing address or manage payment methods, follow these steps:

1. Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
2. Click on the Billing Details button.
3. Update the relevant information in the pop-up window.
4. Save your changes.

Change Billing Contact Email:

To update your billing contact email, follow these steps:

1. Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
2. Click on the Billing Contact Info button.
3. Update the email address in the pop-up window.
4. Save your changes.

Accessing and Downloading Invoices:

To view and download your invoices, follow these steps:

1. Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
2. Scroll down to the Billing History list.
3. Find the invoice you'd like to download and click on the download icon next to it.

Your invoices are also sent to your billing contact email address. To change this email address, please follow the instructions provided here

Change your Plan

From the Organization Settings Page, you have the flexibility to view and modify your current subscription. This includes upgrading or downgrading to another plan, or canceling your paid subscription.

Upgrade / Downgrade Plan

To change your paid plan, go to your Organization Info page and click Modify Plan

1. Go to Organization Settings > Organization Info.
2. Scroll down to the Settings.
3. Click on the Modify Plan button.

Cancel Plan

To cancel your plan, use the contact form within the Organization Settings. Our team will reach out to assist you with the process.

1. Go to Organization Settings > Organization Info.
2. Find tile on the left showing your ‘Current Plan’.
3. Click on the Cancel Plan button.

4. Follow the steps in the pop-up form to switch to free plan

Pricing for Pro & Studio Plans:

We offer both monthly and yearly subscription plans, with additional charges for exceeding data storage and bandwidth limits. If you exceed your plan's limits, you'll receive an invoice for the excess fees at the end of your monthly billing cycle.

For Yearly Plans:

With yearly plans, you'll pay for your subscription annually. However, you'll still receive monthly invoices for any additional fees incurred.

For Monthly Plans:

With monthly plans, you pay for your subscription on a monthly basis, and you'll receive monthly invoices for any additional fees.

Pricing for Enterprise:

For enterprise plans, billing is done via invoice, and pricing, features, and services are customized to meet your company's specific needs. Please contact our sales team to learn more about the possibilities of an enterprise plan.

Free Plan:

The free plan includes a set data and bandwidth allowance. If your needs and virtual experiences exceed this allowance, we recommend upgrading to a Pro plan, as additional data cannot be purchased for the free plan. You'll need to work within the allocated limits or upgrade to access more resources.

The AR model allows you to visualize 3D models within the experience.

To create a new AR model, follow these steps:

1. Right-click in the Content Browser.
2. Go to Miscellaneous → Data Asset.
3. Search for "ARModel" and select the corresponding type.
4. Click "Create" to generate the asset.
5. The AR Data Asset contains all necessary configurations for the AR Viewer.

iFrame Model

The iFrame model allows you to embed websites or iframes within the experience.

To create a new iFrame model, follow these steps:

1. Right-click in the Content Browser.
2. Navigate to Miscellaneous → Data Asset.
3. Search for "iFrame" and select the appropriate type.
4. Click "Create" to generate the asset.
5. The iFrame Data Asset contains all necessary configurations for the iFrame Viewer.

Media Model

The Media model allows you to embed videos and images within the experience.

To create a new Media model, follow these steps:

1. Right-click in the Content Browser.
2. Navigate to Miscellaneous → Data Asset.
3. Search for "Media" and select the appropriate type.
4. Click "Create" to generate the asset.
5. The Media Data Asset contains all necessary configurations for the Media Viewer.


Key	Description
URLs	The URL or references for the Videos, Images to display in the Media model.

Automated Action Model Creation Process

To streamline the process of creating action models, assets, and attaching them to interactables, we now support direct editing within the Details Panel of interactables placed in the scene.

Using the Action Type dropdown, you can specify the type of interactable action. Once selected, the relevant properties will appear below the dropdown for configuration. This automatically creates and attaches the corresponding action models and action type assets to the interactable, significantly reducing the number of steps required.

If you forget to save your action models or action type assets, you can simply clear the action models array on the interactable and make a slight modification to any Action Type property. This will automatically regenerate the entire asset.
