Getting Started
When you sign up for Emperia Creator Tools, you will receive a welcome email containing handy information to help you get started. This email will also provide the support contact email, support@emperiavr.com, for any inquiries you may have.
Accessing Support from the Dashboard
To make it even easier to get help, we included a "Contact Us" button within the dashboard.
- Go to top menu bar → click Resources
- Scroll down → click Contact Us
This button will allow you to send your support request directly to us via email.

Within the dashboard, you will find links to video tutorials to help you navigate and utilize the platform effectively.
